Have you asked a local bank or credit union? Many of them will cash savings bonds.

I cashed EE bonds last year at Chase.

For me starting last year Chase imposed a $500 limit; prior to that they supposedly would have redeemed an infinite amount. $500 would work for the OP but didn't work for me.

Yeah, I also got notified by my Chase banker that they are now only redeeming very low-value Savings Bonds.

This makes me want to cash my low value stuff at Chase, just to bother them.

"Here's another $25 bond to cash. See you tomorrow with another one".
